Property assessment - we’ll visit you at the property to advise about the rental you are likely to achieve and give any advise about the properties condition and legal requirements.
Advertising and marketing the property - We advertise on our own website and Rightmove.co.uk. We’ll market your property with an extensive range of photographs and signage. See our window display in Duke Street/Church Street, Trowbridge.
Arranging and conducting viewings - all viewings are accompanied at a time to suit everyone.
Referencing tenants - referencing the tenant is completed in house including a credit check.
Preparing the contracts and inventory - in-depth documents are drawn up. Photographs are included as part of the inventory.
Setting up standing orders and informing utilities - we arrange this for tenants ensuring this is covered for you.
Handover and property demonstration - we meet the tenants at the property on the day they move in, demonstrate how things work and sign off the inventory.
Visiting - regular visits are arranged and a detailed report sent to you.
Rent collection - we monitor every rent payment and send a statement to you.
Maintenance and safety checks - if things go wrong we sort it out for you, liaising with you to complete repairs as quickly as possible. We have a team of professionals from Corgi engineers to our handyman and cleaners who we can depend on to get the job done.
