Property Description

The Costa Blanca area of Spain is located approximately half-way along the east coast of Spain. The area is a very popular destination because of its excellent weather and climate and the many superb beaches which stretch for miles and miles along the coast.

 

The villa is 45 minute drive from Alicante airport heading south or 20 minute drive from Murcia airport heading north. The largest town is Torrevieja just a 15 minute drive with sea front promenade, restaurants, bars and on street craft market and fair ground rides.

 

There are quite a number of golf courses in the area including Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas just off the coast - three golf courses within easy reach.

 

The Villamartin plaza, a 10/15 minute walk from the villa, is most certainly worth a visit. The square, split over two levels with a black and white chessboard patterned floor is surrounded by shops, bars, cafes, banks and restaurants. In the heat of summer the atmosphere is buzzing with life and noise. There are many other areas close by or off the beaten track if you want to explore.
